"I" is for Interview

 am one in a million! There's at least a million housewives out there and I'm one of them =)
But I could be the laziest. You may have noticed my Lazy Housewife Daily Tips on the side. I am in the process of compiling them and writing a proposal for a book.

But Lazy Housewife is one of those oxymorons. Here is my definition.
Lazy Housewife - a multitasker who efficiently gets enough work done around the house to make time for more important rewarding or leisurely activities.

 I want to get input from real Lazy Housewives, but I can't seem to nail down one of my friends for an interview - we don't have time for such frivolity! So I decided to do multi-interviews on facebook. It will be a weekly thing for a while, starting today.

Question 1: What is your most hated cleaning job?
Sarabeth – bathrooms
Kelly G – toilets w/boys!
Anne Marie – mopping the kitchen
Adele – mopping tile floors, then toilets
Carla – dusting
Caroline – shower
Terri – sweeping & mopping kitchen

I might even make this into a poll. Those are all worthy but I'd have to vote for the toilets, with three sons plus a husband. YUCK! What's yours?

    Ha ha! Love it!! My most hated cleaning job...hmmm, not terribly keen on the litter box either. Cleaning out the fridge isn't very fun either.

    I don't mind cleaning out the litter box so much now that we switched to a wood-shavings type kitty litter.

    My all time least favourite job is dusting!

    After 44 yrs of housework have to say toilets are the worse.
    Something helpful for cleaning the shower, every time you take a shower, wipe down one wall. It doesn't build up that way and always looks good.
    Try a robot for the floor, that's a luxury I have allowed myself to have.

    I'd have to say the bathtub. When I'm in the shower I see that it needs cleaning and say ok, I'll get to it as soon as I'm done. Then of course I get out of the shower, dry and get dressed and forget about cleaning the tub and shower. Until the next time.

    Jennee - maybe you will be someday, but I'm sure you agree that cleaning is no fun (it just gets worse with more people!)

    Jolene P & Snakesmom - I'm with you on the dishes. That's my #1 worst daily duty! Laundry stinks too!

    Marie Ann & mom - bathrooms and toilets stink the most! I'm trying to train my boys to help!

    I hate ironing! Not sure why, but I would take a toilet over a pile of wrinkled shirts any day. Starch is my favorite invention. haha

    I hate cleaning the shower, it's tiled and the ventilation in the bathroom, is in need of improvement, so if I don't clean the shower regularly the grout gets moldy and I just don't feel clean after showering if the shower is dirty
