I call into the other room for my oldest son.

"He's not available right now," my seven year old informs me in a serious, administrative tone.

    ROFL. They learn so quickly.

    Ours are all out of the house now, but the strangest thing occured to me not long ago. I could call out their names today and get the same exact response as when they lived at home.
