And now it's time for Sensational Haiku Wednesday, topic: silhouette
Shadow of a Man
Just a silhouette
Mysterious, deceiving
Make no assumptions
Backlit emphasis
Concealing imperfections
Beauty emerges
Silhouette stumper
I misspell every time
Spellcheck proves its worth
Two very different shades to your silhouettes. Enjoyed both.
ReplyDeleteNice haiku. I love spellcheck!
ReplyDeletehaha! I totally need help with that one too :)
ReplyDeleteLove the devil one and the last - I had to keep sounding the word out as I tapped the keys.
ReplyDeleteLove silhouettes (yes, I cheated and copied off your word for the spelling).
ReplyDeleteEspecially favored in the sunset with an old barn or house on the horizon or a cowboy standing at the end a barn alleyway with the light behind him.
I think I'll backlight myself in my next photo. An outline of me would do, right?
ReplyDeleteFabulous haiku's. (once again!) I am fascinated with silhouettes. They're awesome.

Hehehe! I misspell it too. That darn h.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever heard of Jim C. Hines' Goblin series? His books have a big eared goblin on the covers.
Excellent variety here. The last one cracks me up. :)
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine is working on illustrating one of my children's books and she sometimes posts drawings of fantasy creatures.
ReplyDeleteHere are some long-eared goblins (or, I think they're goblins):
