Knights Ho!
Have you ever been to a Renaissance Festival? I love those things! Turkey legs, knights, maidens, medieval games and crafts, duels and fools...a batch of dirty, ye ol' fun!
Well, in The Renaissance of Hetty Locklear by M Pax, young Hetty is forced to spend some time with her parents at a Ren Fest where she will learn a lesson from the past mixed with the future AND ghosts!
And to add a spark of medieval magic, M Pax has turned her release party into a Joust Fest! (Nov 12-17)
Visit the M Pax and choose a knight to champion to see who will emerge victorious! I love a good joust! Reminds me of A Knight's Tale - great movie!
And it's been a fun jousting fest so far!
ReplyDeleteM. Pax certainly came up with an original idea for the festivities!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a great premise!!

ReplyDeleteThe joust is very exciting so far, Lady Tara. Thank you so much for helping to promote Hetty. I think she's fab. of course. :D And you. You're fab, too. I'm seeing your headers and such all over the internet lately.
ReplyDeleteLady Tara, Ghost Knight to visit and say how joyful it's been as a knight for this whole jousting fest. We knights have taken good-natured stabs and jabs in the name of getting word out about Hetty.
ReplyDeleteDid I mention I'm having a bucket-load of fun with this? Just wanted to make sure.
Sounds like a wonderful book. The last renaissance festival I was at actually took place in a medieval city in Europe. .
