just visiting...

It's amazing how Jenn has been in sync with me on her Sensational Haiku Wednesday topics...this week is "revisit" - I am a visiting Cassie Mae's today with a guest post about Querying!! and I went ahead and created a facebook author page in case you'd like to visit me there! (Hard to get used to talking about yourself...)

Spectacular place,
look forward to visiting
again and again
Nov 2011 - revisiting Nov 2013

Wonderful people
Wish would visit more often
Come back for a spell!

No revisits from
sickness, sadness, maladies
all unwelcome here

Editing - going
back, revisiting mistakes
making tough choices

  16. It is weird to promote myself. Can't these books just sell themselves?

    No? Drat.

  17. I just wrote a sonnet today. My daughter had to write a poem about the foundress of the religious order who runs her convent school. She needed some help as she was facing writer's block. To make her laugh, I made up some funny limericks which nearly drove her crazy. Then I said 'hey, why don't we write a sonnet?' So we did. Well I did. Four quatrains and a rhyming couplet.

But I can't write haikus. Must put in some practise.

  24. I wish the entire world could be as happy as the people who go to Disneyworld.

It is seriously the best place ever. I went there about five years ago and stayed at the Polynesian Resort. So awesome.
