Welcome to the 2014 A to Z Challenge
I'd like to thank
for hosting!
And now for this year's theme...
At the end of last year's challenge, I considered not participating in the A to Z challenge this year. But then, I got a great idea for it! My MG fantasy, BROKEN BRANCH FALLS, BEAST WORLD Book 1, comes out soon, so I’m going to share tidbits and sneak peeks about it alphabetically. (Including the titles of each post, which are some of the chapter titles in BBF!) Yes, I went crazy!
Don't worry, I don't want it to be all about me, so I’m going to give something back by sharing a piece of writing advice I’ve learned in my journey each day, too.
And then, I'll wrap up each day with some laughs at the end! And all in 300 words or less (with exceptions for special announcements)
And you might have noticed my "Jeremy's Angels" badge. I answered the call to be a minion again this year. Though poor Jeremy is injured, we angels (River Fairchild, CM Brown, and myself) are still going through with the job of helping to monitor with the help of our "Bosley" Arlee Bird!
Looking forward to my 4th year facing of the challenge! Are you in? If so, good luck!
BTW - With spring break, a book signing and a conference, I am taking a blogging break until the challenge. I will come back with pictures and updates. Yay for spring!
Ohhh I will be most looking forward to the writing advice! Enjoy your break :)
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for the sneak peaks of your story! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great for the A to Z. Congrats on your minion status.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a fun theme!
ReplyDeleteReally looking forward to A-Z this year. It's my third time doing it, and I'm also one of Alex's Ninja Minions. :)
My theme is about my debut novel. Great minds think alike. I figure by the end of the month, people will be sick of it or ready to buy it.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the sneak peaks and the advice! Can't wait to read what you've cooked up :)
ReplyDeleteOooh sounds cool, Tara! Sneak peak from your Beast world? Can't wait :D
ReplyDeleteI'm actually back from a blogging break. Figured the Theme Reveal for the A to Z, which I'm joining for the first time, is a good time to come back ;)
I like the title of your book Broken Branch Falls. Looking forward to your posts.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog and thereby reminding me that this is Reveal Day! I've now added my reveal. Looking forward to following along with your hints and peaks here.
ReplyDeleteIt will be fun to learn more about your book. And have fun being a minion!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your sneak previews and writing advice!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great theme :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome! We need more middle grade madness around here. =D
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what you've got for us!
Sounds like fun and I'm ready for the challenge!
ReplyDeleteAll that in 300 words or less, you definitely are going to be a creatively busy blogger this year. So glad your one of Jeremy's angels. Looking forward to participating in the Challenge with you :)

I can always use some writerly advice. I can't believe it's almost April.
ReplyDeleteMiddle Grade looks like so much fun. I look forward to following your blog and reading your posts. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for a theme. Looking forward to reading your posts.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for your theme! Can't wait to read them. Have fun at the convention. :)
ReplyDeleteWe shall all celebrate Spring if it ever really lands. It's still cold and windy here. You can tell how impatient I am. It's the second day and no warm air yet!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend.
See you in April Tara. Can't wait to get into the world of your MG!
ReplyDeleteLooks like it's going to be cool. :) I love your graphic designs, btw.
ReplyDeleteSee you in April!

Year 4? How cool! I'm sure you'll have lots of advice for us all. Good luck, Tara.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to follow your posts throughout the challenge :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are going to be busy!
ReplyDeleteI am glad we were still able to be "Jeremy's Angels" for the Challenge, it would have been a shame for your very creative badge to go to waste. Poor Jeremy, he must be bummed.
My theme is on the same line as yours. Looking forward to reading you sneak peaks, Tara. Happy A-Z!

I was in; I was out; I was in; now I'm out. I'm hoping to be doing edits on my next book and am in the middle of three stories I want to finish. I don't want to do it if I can't be a good participant, so I know I am out.
ReplyDeleteSee you in Atlanta lady!!! I can't wait :)
So glad you changed your mind to participate in the A to Z again. And thanks for pitching in to help us monitor that monster sign-up list.
ReplyDeleteI like the sound of your plan.
