Amen to the last one! It's surprising what a thank you or kind word can do for someone's day.
I like that last one. Most people are very quick to complain about something or someone but not as quick to offer thanks or a compliment. It takes the same amount of time to complain to a manager or to write a "nasty" email as it does to tell the manager about a great employee or to send a positive email.
Great tidbits of wisdom. I'm very polite and I say thank you a lot. Sometimes I've gotten surprised looks from people because they're not use to hearing those words. It's amazing how two little words can mean so much.
That second one made me laugh! Sometimes I wonder which category I fall into... :)
Great quotes! The fourth one really hits home for me today, as my son is graduating from preschool, and I feel like his teachers don't get enough credit for the great job they do. Although his teachers aren't strangers, as the quote says, my son and I have been working on thank-you gifts. I can't wait for him to give the gifts to them!
I should go back and read some of your old posts, these are great!
Those comments are so inspiring and I love the BC reference:)
Ooh, you are so wise my friend! Love these!
Very wise, and the last one is my favorite! :D
wonderful quotes!!
When your children leave home and have families I hope they will remember to thank you just as you do to me. It really means a lot.
As the Lord says, " a word spoken in due season, how good it is."

Aww, such great quotes. I tend to follow #3 a lot.
I try to always say thank you. I notice with my students as they get to know me, they learn to say thank you also. Manners are so easy and so important.
These are all great advice!
thanks, guys! these old posts feel better now that someone has read and enjoyed them =)
Sometimes thanks can make a huge difference in someones day!
And thank you for being so supportive!
