I love sleep. I'm so thankful when I get to sleep in--though I don't usually sleep in for very long...
A good nap can do wonders for my energy level!
Sleep is good - make sure you're getting enough Zzzz's!

My body is so trained to get up early I barely get two hours extra sleep on Saturdays.
Hi Tara - I'm lucky I enjoy my sleep ... but can't do naps - I'll call it a day if there's one included ... but that's me. All the best - and enjoy the odd lie-in ... Hilary
