Still Thankful!

thanks, julie!

Better late than never, Thanks Krista! for the Lovely Blogger award =)

Since I should do a meme for it, this a great opportunity to tell you what I learned in Disney World!
  1. It's awesome to not know what day it is
  2. I do not miss strollers
  3. I missed out on having a girl - so many pretty princesses =)
  4. Then again, no I didn't (they expect to be treated as princesses!)
  5. Even in the happiest place, people can still be rude and pushy
  6. Always have a camera (or at least a phone!) - we went to dinner at the top of the Contemporary and I didn't want to carry anything. Little did I know I would see the Magic Kingdom castle & fireworks show from the best view ever - SPECTACULAR! they even fed the music up to us, it's not just shooting the fireworks, it is definitely a production! And me no camera.
  7. Will the real Goofy please step forward?
  8. Children do not magically get along even if you are on a magical vacation...
  9. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing and it all costs SOO MUCH!
  10. You must be in shape to do Disney.
  11. Even the maids are creative and talented!
Our room was at the end of
this long haul - I mean hall

And here are the Lovely Bloggers I am passing this award on to...
Hope all had a great Thanksgiving and are enjoying plentiful leftovers without Turkey hangover!

That's my big concern the next time we go to Disney, being in shape. Walk, walk, walk. Maybe dad and I will spend lots of time at the pool. So happy you are able to go there, still.

wouldn't it be nice to have a magic wand to wave over (certain) family members that made them get along - or at least tolerate one another.

What a wonderful way to spend the holiday! Your points made me laugh. I'm glad it isn't just my family that has some of these problems.

Thanks for thinking of me. I'm adding a link to your blog on my awards page.

Our kids were always at their worst while on vacation. Lack of sleep and constant motion does that to kids.

Thank you so much for the award Tara, I do have this one already, but thank you for thinking of me. I remember those days taking our girls to Disneyland ~ a lot of work, but wonderful memories! ; )
