The End is Near?

PAD, Day 21 - second thoughts
form - Kwansaba (yes, my father, the form has something to do with Kwanzaa)

The End is Near?

Should they have elected Obama for prez?
Is this the change they hoped for?
Did America get it wrong this time?
Were the people misled and lied to?
Why can't reps share and play nice?
Did they forget "you can't please all?"
Is it too late to fix things?

The form isn't about questions, that was me. I'm curious to see the responses...

I think these days most stay away from this topic. Of course I wanted to stop in to leave a comment and thank you for visiting though. I'm your newest follower :-)

The problem with it is that it doesn't matter who is elected Big Brother controls all :)

I think that you can never please all of the people all of the time ...
I suppose politics is a sensitive topic ...

I'm pretty apathetic when it comes to politics, but I like what you did with this form!

No. It wasn't wrong to elect Obama, but allowing Bush to steal the election in 2000 did us in. Here is a link to some graphs. Numbers speak volumes.

Too many people are buying into the Republican lies and scare tactics. I hope you'll click the link and see the truth. Change takes time, and slowly we were making progress with Obama's stimulus package. If Obama were the captain of the Titanic and congress were the crew, they would purposely steer the boat into the iceberg just to keep the commander in chief from getting credit for saving the ship.

See, I can be controversial too. ;)

I think people steer away from controversy for a reason. :D

I'm not much into politics and I became a citizen after Obama was elected, so I guess I didn't have a voice back then since I didn't have a choice. Now that I am, I'm slowly inundating myself with the politics of this country, keeping an eye out for what's happening. Come election time, I'll take my stand along with a million others and cross my fingers that my vote will be a wise one.

:)
